Refund Policy

LightQuote AI Pro is offered at a base price of $29 USD per month or $290 USD per year. Subscriptions are billed and managed by the app store account used for purchase, and the store displays the final localized price and taxes before confirmation.

iOS purchases

Refund requests for iOS purchases must be submitted through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.

Other app store purchases

Refund requests for purchases made through another app store must be submitted through the store account used for the purchase.

Canceling a subscription

Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected monthly or yearly period unless canceled before renewal. Deleting a LightQuote AI account does not automatically cancel app store billing. Manage or cancel subscriptions from your store account settings.
