LightQuote AI helps landscape lighting contractors create estimates, previews, and proposals. This policy explains what information we collect and how it is used.

Information we collect

• Account information, such as email address.
• Company profile information entered into the app.
• Customer/project information, estimate details, uploaded project photos, and generated proposal content.
• Subscription status and product identifiers from the app store where the purchase was made.
• Technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide app functionality, sync your workspace, generate estimates and previews, support account access, troubleshoot issues, and improve LightQuote AI.

AI features

When AI features are used, project details or images may be sent to service providers that generate scope text or lighting previews. Do not upload sensitive personal information that is not needed for an estimate.

Account deletion

You can request deletion from inside the app under My Account. Deleting your account removes your account record and synced workspace data. Subscriptions must be managed through the app store account where they were purchased.
